Visitors & Employees
Our focus is on helping to keep our employees healthy.
If you are feeling unwell, please do not visit employees at the RMSL Offices.
Feeling unwell includes, but is not limited to, respiratory issues (cough, running nose, fever, shortness of breath).
If you must conduct business at the RMSL offices and you do not have the symptoms above, you will need to follow our COVID19 Protocols below.

Request a Virtual Meeting where possible. This can be done via emailing to person you desire to contact or general email at rmsl@rmsl.co.tt

All visitors MUST go through our COVID 19 - RMSL Visitor Pre-Registration System by Clicking on the button below, filling out the Visitor Scheduler and Covid-19 Questionnaire. This can be done Best by MOBILE PHONE, Tablet or Computer
NOTE: An Immediate PICTURE WILL BE NECESSARY to upload. (Hence Mobile use is best)

You will receive an email once you are approved to visit the office. Note that some employees may be working from home so scheduling a meeting time is best.

When you do enter our office, please follow these hygiene protocols for
your safety and ours:

Wash hands with soap and water before and after entering.

Your temperature will be taken and recorded.

Hand sanitizer is available at our reception desk and throughout our office spaces.

If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue or into your bended elbow and wash or sanitize your hands immediately afterwards.

No shaking of hands, hugging, or touching.

All visitors must sign in and out.
